The site will need to run off a live CMS and be easy to update
It should run successfully in all browsers, operating system and be mobile friendly for handheld devices
The overall scope might need to be developed in phases
The current site's content www.herzlia.com should be used as a starting point for the information to be available on the site
The site will require on-going maintenance
There will need to be training provided on the CMS and updating the site
The proposal also needs to provide a hosting solution and related costs
The client will not require copyright ownership of design of the IP of the software
