New executive chef for Southern Sun

Southern Sun Hyde Park has promoted sous chef, Gareth Jordaan, as its new executive chef. Jordaan was previously the opening sous chef at the Cipriani restaurant and Yacht Club on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
