ECDC appoints new marketing agency

The Eastern Cape's economic development agency, the Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) has awarded a nine-month marketing and communication contract, worth R10 million, to local marketing consultancy, SMG Africa (Strategic Marketing Group).
