Patrick Ndukuya has been appointed as executive chef of Southern Sun Pretoria. Ndukuya has gained accolades throughout his 30-year career in the hospitality industry and has worked at various hotels including the Malelane Sun InterContinental and Southern Sun Emnotweni.
