Nashua Mobile launches the new Bluff Concept Store

Nashua Mobile has opened a new Bluff Concept Store with the aim of providing customers with the following:

• Wide selection of live devices/tablets
• Highly skilled staff who can advise on a preferred voice and data package or both on any network. In addition to that, staff who are customer service focussed and able to speak to the customer and not just the technology.
• Data Support to WOW you. WOW = Walk out Walking - connected to all social networks and email, and help you know your way around the phone prior to departing.
• A contract sign up process that is quick, intuitive and paperless. It features integrated touch screens for customers to upload/update details.

Says Mark Taylor, chief executive officer, "As we grow our retail footprint we will use these principles in our other Nashua Mobile stores. Our plan is to grow our customer base one delighted customer at a time."
