Redefine in talks with Fountainhead unitholders

Redefine Properties (RDF) will hold talks with key unitholders of the Fountainhead Property Trust to gauge support for a potential acquisition of Fountainhead's assets‚ the company said on Monday, 10 September 2012.

This may have affect the price at which Redefine's linked units trade. Accordingly‚ Redefine unitholders were advised to exercise caution when dealing in their Redefine units until a further announcement is made.
