Global Alliance brings small wind technologies to developing countries

According to ESI-Africa, international business association The Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) launched a Small Wind Campaign recently. The ARE focuses on the promotion and the development of off-grid renewable energy solutions for rural electrification in developing countries.
