Arctic Circle Group moves premises
Arctic Circle Group, a collection of Strategic Brand Development Agencies, known as Arctic Circle Brand Institute, has purchased 3 Woodlands Road in Woodstock, the heart of Cape Town's creative hub.
The deal was brokered through the Annenberg Property Group. Arctic Circle has big plans for the site which will undergo a major overhaul to become Arctic Circle's new head office and eventually a mixed use of residential and commercial space. Development work is being done by 10 BELOW, a new Property Development Company headed-up by Reghard Goussard, CEO of the Arctic Circle Group.
