André Rieu announces 2012 SA tour dates

The "King of Waltz", André Rieu, will be performing in Cape Town, Durban and, for the first time, Joburg, between 17 and 23 August, 2012. He will bring with him his 60-piece Johann Strauss Orchestra and his world-famous Stradivarius violin, and will be joined on stage by The Soweto Gospel Choir.

Known as "The King of Waltz", André Rieu is one of the best-selling live acts in the world. Rieu has sold more than 30 million albums globally and has broken all classical concert records, packing stadiums and arenas with more than 700 000 fans each year.
