Tiger Brands chairman steps down
Tiger Brands announced on Tuesday, 17 January, that its chairman and director, Lex van Vught, will step down with effect from next month.
The consumer goods group has appointed Andre Parker as replacement with effect from the close of the annual general meeting on 14 February.
Parker has been a director of Tiger Brands since 2007. Van Vught has been a director since 2003 and chairman since 2006.
