1. How did the company start?
Cape Town football has been lacking identity for several years now, especially amongst the African communities. Instead big teams from Johannesburg enjoy great support from these communities in Cape Town. In January 2006 Sakhi Ludidi Rulashe had a dream – a dream to build a Cape Town-based football team that all Africans can identify with. The dream gave birth to FC Ludidi, a soccer club that strives to become a club that all Africans can identify with.

1. What does the company do?
We offer sponsorship opportunities to corporate companies who seek to invest in sport, quality merchandise to supporters, football entertainment to soccer-loving individuals, and whole lot of fun to the rest.

We offer career opportunities to individuals who are passionate about sport, and we contribute to the growth of the industry.

The club's management is blessed with a team of talented youth whom are all graduates in their respective fields from varies Technikons in Cape Town. In addition to that, the chairman and MD of the club who holds a National Diploma in sport management has worked in a commercial department of a professional team in Cape Town.

1. What is the employment policy of the company?
We adhere to the country's Employment Equity.

“You can't do things on your own you have to surround yourself with strong people whom share your vision and belief. You have to manage people, whilst at the same time encouraging them to contribute. 1. What is the Company's Social Responsibility policy?
The club is going to establish F.C. Ludidi Foundation that's going to deal with all Social Responsibility issues. The Chairman will pledge 10% of the Club's Net Profit to the Foundation.

1. What legal compliances are necessary for the company?
The Club will conform to the requirements set out by SAFA Cape Town in terms of their Constitution. There is no legislation relevant to the operation of the football club/business that they need to conform to, other than that set out in terms of player and staff contracts.
