Gallo Wines launches its wines, brandy in SA
The Californian, family owned winery, Gallo Wines has launched its range of wines and brandy in South Africa. Reputedly the largest family owned vineyard in the world, at 15 000 acres, it offers its superior range under the brand Gallo Family, an easy drinking range under the brand Barefoot Wines and a brandy range, E&J Brandy.
South African selection
From its 60 different brands, including table and sparkling wines, malt beverage products, dessert wines and distilled spirits, it will offer the following in South Africa:
- Gallo Family Vineyard in Cabernet Sauvignon, White Grenache and Chardonnay
- Barefoot Wines in Pinot Grigio, Moscato, Zinfandel and Merlot
- E&J Brandy offering a vertical blending of different aged brandies from the finest white oak barrels.
