First Friday at Maison Estate

Esteemed Chef Arno Janse van Rensburg is back from his travels and The Kitchen at Maison Estate is open for business once again. We are celebrating the re-opening with the first of many First Friday events on Friday, August 5.

Chef Arno and his team invite you to experience a celebration of taste where fantastic food and delicious wines collide in the perfect setting.

The multi-course menu consists of dishes that focus on and highlight different flavour combinations, carefully selected by Arno himself.

The menu

-Mussels, bone marrow, lime, apple and szechuan
-Quail, beetroot, horseradish and celeriac
-Suckling pig, aubergine black garlic, quince and nasturtium
-Quince, white choc, yoghurt and wood sorrel
-Sourdough waffle, hazelnut, koji and rice
-Join us for an evening of live music and tantalising tastes on Friday, 5 August.
