Role overview:
We are seeking passionate Store Associates to join our Cape Town retail team in Somerset West Mall and Canal Walk Mall.
Key responsibilities customer service- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Provide product information and refer customers requiring skin consultations to a Somatologist or Skin Specialist.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Store operations- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Replenish shelves and merchandise products.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Follow company policies and SOPs.
Stock control- Assist with receiving and packing stock.
- Participate in stock counts.
- Report damaged or missing stock.
Team support- Support the store manager and supervisor.
- Complete daily assigned tasks.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements
Minimum requirements- Grade 12 (matric)
- Previous retail experience (1 year preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
