The role will include supervising book binding operations, troubleshooting issues promptly and enforcing quality control procedures. 
The Book Binding Supervisor will coordinate with different departments, manage the binding team, and implement best practices to optimize workflow.

Qualified Book Binder with solid track record gained in the printing/print finishing industries

This role requires a strong leader with in-depth knowledge of various binding techniques, materials, and machinery used in the printing industry.
Previous supervisory experience
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety standards are essential in this role
