You will be one of the key people responsible for turning ambitious ideas into well-executed experiences.
You will help develop trip concepts, build itineraries, source exceptional venues and partners, strengthen relationships with our members and make sure every experience feels considered from beginning to end.
You will also help us build partnerships with brands, hospitality groups and other businesses that align with RAW.
Some weeks, you might be working through budgets, timelines and logistics.
Other weeks, you might be on the ground helping deliver the trip itself.
The role changes constantly, and that is a big part of what makes it exciting.
What you will own
- Developing and improving RAW trips, events and member experiences
- Building real relationships with members of the RAW community
- Sourcing destinations, villas, yachts, hotels, restaurants and activities
- Turning creative ideas into clear plans, budgets and timelines
- Spotting problems early and finding solutions before they affect the experience
- Building partnerships that add value to both the brand and the trip
- Helping RAW grow into a recognised international travel and community company
You will probably enjoy this role if you:
