  • General clerical accounting duties on Pastel
  • Understanding of bookkeeping
  • Receipting of incoming requests from clients
  • Assisting clients with ETA Inquiries
  • Preparation of waybills for completed orders that need to be dispatched
  • Filing and archiving of paperwork
  • General administrative reports as required
  • General housekeeping - keeping the office and showroom tidy
  • Ensuring the boardroom is up to standard for next visit
  • Answering of the telephone : Pleasant Telephone manner
  • To assist with organising appointment / meetings
  • Meet and greet of clients coming in for meetings.
  • Procurement of office supplies
  • Will be working closely with the starke team daily.
Skills required
  • At least 3 years direct Pastel experience is an absolute requirement. Experience in Pastel Evolution is beneficial.
  • At least 3-5 years’ relative work experience
  • Matric
  • Competency on Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Must have attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to use initiative.
  • Ability to confidently interact with high level customers
  • Ability to communicate well in English. Afrikaans is beneficial.
  • Needs to be proactive and able to work independently
  • Needs to have own transport
