Persuade is hiring a Junior Podcast Host to lead short, structured conversations with business professionals. This is a focused, part time role with real accountability. Your job is to host pre scheduled calls, guide discussions with confidence, and flag commercial opportunities for the senior team. All calls are booked for you, there is no cold calling or outreach involved.
This role suits someone who already has professional speaking experience and wants to build on it. It is not an entry point into the working world.
What you will be doing- Host 2 to 3 pre booked calls per day, 15 to 20 minutes each
- Lead structured, professional conversations with business leaders and decision makers
- Ask sharp, intelligent questions and keep discussions focused
- Record and edit each session to a professional standard
- Identify and flag qualified commercial opportunities for the senior team
Working hours- Available between 09:00 and 14:00
- Realistic active workload is 2 hours per day
What we are looking for- A genuinely good speaking voice, clear, confident, and easy to listen to, non negotiable
- Comfortable interviewing people, asking sharp questions and keeping a conversation flowing without a script
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, customer facing roles, or interviewing, this is not a starter role
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision makers without coaching
- Fast learner who can absorb positioning and messaging within days, not weeks
- Reliable, organized, and takes full ownership without supervision

Compensation- Base salary: R6,500 per month
- R150 for every call you complete, record, and edit to standard
- Realistic monthly earning at full output is R14,000 to R15,500
