Handling conflict in the workplace

The course has been design to enable management to proactively resolve conflict in the work environment. Identify a conflict situation and communicate in such a way that the conflict can be resolved in a constructive manner. One of the major causes of conflict relates to communication or lack of effective communication.

We will further ensure that our training intervention covers other areas that the client required to be covered as part of this training intervention. The training material will be customised to be comprehensive to the requirements as well as to be aligned to the accredited unit standards.

As most conflict happen amongst and between people, in this course we understand human dynamics and how can management proactively play a role in preventing conflicts and minimising the impact if conflict does emerge. Learners will also gain the skills to collaborate with others and hone their communications toolkit.
