Handling conflict in the workplace
The course has been design to enable management to proactively resolve con flict in the work environment. Identify a confl ict situation and communicate in such a way that the confl ict can be resolved in a constructive manner. One of the major causes of confl ict relates to communication or lack of eff ective communication.
We will further ensure that our training intervention covers other areas that the client required to be covered as part of this training intervention. The training material will be customised to be comprehensive to the requirements as well as to be aligned to the accredited unit standards.
As most confl ict happen amongst and between people, in this course we understand human dynamics and how can management proactively play a role in preventing confl icts and minimising the impact if confl ict does emerge. Learners will also gain the skills to collaborate with others and hone their communications toolkit.
