Job description
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager with at least 3 years of experience to manage, run, and optimise paid media campaigns for our clients. With a focus on
Google Ads (and some social ads too, LinkedIn mostly), you will oversee our (largely) financial clients, take ownership of their paid campaign performance, drive improvements, while finding and exploring growth opportunities.
As the paid media expert, you’ll be able to provide clear reporting, and subsequent strategic insights, while achieving campaign goals (sometimes you’ll even be setting them). This role requires a proactive, motivated individual who can report on the data, while also being self-sufficient enough to problem-solve issues delivering measurable results.
The successful candidate will be the one that can demonstrate their ability to deliver our paid media mandate and fit in with the values of Quazar.
Key responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimise Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, LinkedIn and Meta across platforms like Google Ads and social business managers.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, analyse data, and generate actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with clients (internally and externally) to define KPIs and success metrics, ensuring all campaigns align with their business goals and expectations.
- Regularly conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver detailed performance reports using Looker Studio, highlighting key trends and providing data-driven recommendations for growth.
Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to drive innovation in paid media strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager, preferably within an agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, social business managers (LinkedIn / Meta) and GA4
- Analytical experience and an advanced understanding of Excel.
- Experience in analysing data and providing evidence-based recommendations
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- An interest in finance, or the financial landscape at large, will definitely help.
