Job descriptionAFDA is inviting applications for the position of Digital Marketing & Web Specialist:Role and Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Execution • Implement integrated digital campaigns across social media, email, web, and paid media. • Translate marketing strategies into actionable content plans, ad placements, and user engagement initiatives. • Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and suggestions on strategies to enhance brand awareness. Leveraging emerging technologies (AI, AR, VR automation) to drive brand innovation and enhance user engagement 2. Web and UX Implementation • Build, update, and maintain website content to ensure alignment with campaign messaging and brand standards. • Implement UX improvements based on user behaviour, analytics, and best practices. • Manage landing page development, ensuring mobile optimisation, speed performance, and clear conversion pathways. 3. SEO and Analytics • Implement on-page and technical SEO updates to increase visibility and organic traffic. • Track KPIs and user behaviour using Google Analytics, and other reporting tools. • Translate analytics into actionable recommendations that support institutional goals. 4. Conversion and Lead Generation • Implement lead-generation funnels across web, social, and paid channels. • Optimise landing pages and forms for maximum conversions. • Cross-Platform Growth: Evaluate growth across various platforms to ensure a balanced presence 5. Systems and Reporting • Paid Media Performance: For social media ads, track ROI, CPC (Cost Per Click), CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions), and overall campaign performance. Implement A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Track and report on lead quality and conversion metrics. • Monitor campaign performance in real time and optimise based on analytical insights.
