About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, on-brand creative solutions that meet client objectives and uphold design excellence across all touchpoints.
This role requires a balance of creativity, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills. You will work closely with Account Managers, Art Directors, and Senior Creatives to conceptualise and deliver design that communicates effectively, on brief and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Produce creative, high-quality visual solutions that communicate clear client messages.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers, Lead Designers, and Senior Art Directors.
- Ensure all design outputs align with brand CI and meet technical production requirements (print and digital).
- Assess briefs for clarity, feasibility, and completeness before commencing work.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines and maintaining creative standards.
- Apply research and critical thinking to add value to each brief.
- Keep up to date with design programs, digital trends, and emerging creative tools.
- Support junior designers through mentoring and skills transfer.
- Follow studio systems, approval processes, and maintain accurate timesheets.
Requirements- Proven experience in a similar Senior or Lead Design role within an agency or creative studio environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent understanding of brand CI and visual communication principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Strong conceptual and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
