AI / ML Ops Lead

Now we need an AI / ML Ops Lead to architect, automate, and operational the next wave of machine intelligence. You won’t be stuck in PowerPoint-land — this is a hands-on, GPU-burning, container-orchestrating, production-grade mission to make AI actually work in the wild.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing the strategic vision and leadership for operationalising AI and Machine Learning at scale
• Building the backbone of AI systems — from data pipelines to deployment.
• Leading MLOps strategy across models, infrastructure, and governance.
• Bringing real-world AI to banking, credit, fraud, AML, and compliance use cases.
• Scaling GenAI/LLM workflows and making sure the magic runs fast, safe, and explainable.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
• 8–12 years in Data/AI/ML Ops, with 3–5 in financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven record taking AI from prototype to production in live, governed settings.

Tech Stack

• MLOps Platforms: MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks ML.
• Cloud & Containers: AWS / GCP / Azure, Kubernetes, Docker.
• GenAI / LLMOps: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, PromptLayer, Weights & Biases.
• Languages & Frameworks: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Regulatory Awareness: Model risk management, explainability, bias/fairness.

The Offer

Permanent role, Dubai or Jordan based, ~R2 Million CTC (negotiable on skill and experience).
