Customer Service Consultant (remote)

A fast-growing fresh-produce brand focused on sustainability is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join its customer support team. You’ll be supporting customers who care about healthy living and eco-friendly choices.

The shift pattern is 9 - 5:30 UK time Wednesday to Tuesday

All weekends are mandatory & 1.5x rate on at Sunday

Average goss salary R14388 pm

The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with UK customers i and be used to high volume hourly interactions

About the role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers across email, live chat, phone, and social media. On a typical day, you’ll manage around 7–8 contacts per hour, handling delivery changes, order updates, product enquiries, and general support. Social media interactions are part of the mix, so you’ll need to maintain a professional but approachable tone online. Fast, accurate typing is essential, as is a calm yet assertive communication style. Every contact must be followed with precise notes in the system to keep the team aligned.
