We’re looking for a Marketing Operations and Campaign Specialist to bring structure, efficiency, and impact to our growing marketing team.This role is a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and operational excellence. You will be responsible for planning and managing integrated B2B SaaS marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and content channels. It also involves overseeing project traffic and workflow management to ensure seamless execution across teams.
Combining the big-picture focus of a Senior Marketing Coordinator with the process-driven mindset of a Traffic Manager, the ideal candidate will:
- Lead and manage high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between creative, content, and digital teams
- Optimise internal processes to drive efficiency, clarity, and delivery

Key Responsibilities Integrated Campaign and Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and content channels.
- Coordinate and manage the workflow of marketing and creative projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, providing clear communication on project timelines and deliverables.
Scheduling, Resource and Traffic Management
- Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely task allocation and adherence to deadlines.
- Allocate and manage marketing team resources based on skill sets and availability.
- Drive accountability, monitor individual performance, and optimise productivity within cross-functional teams.
Content and Asset Development
- Coordinate creation of marketing collateral (case studies, whitepapers, webinars, landing pages).
- Ensure consistent brand application across all digital and print assets.
- Manage internal and external content resources, including writers and designers.
Digital and Campaign Execution
- Manage email campaigns, landing pages, A/B testing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Oversee social and paid media campaign execution and reporting.
- Ensure campaigns are tracked and performance is analysed for continual improvement.
Event Management
- Manage logistics, promotion, and execution of webinars and in-person events.
- Track and report on event ROI and lead generation outcomes.
Collaboration and Communication
- Facilitate creative workflow planning with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Department Heads.
- Conduct status meetings, resolve project risks proactively, and ensure team alignment on priorities.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track KPIs, maintain campaign dashboards, and deliver accurate reporting on progress and performance.
- Develop regular progress reports for internal stakeholders.
AI and Workflow Optimisation
- Identify and pilot AI and automation tools to improve project scheduling, performance tracking, and content delivery.
- Collaborate with digital and performance teams to test and implement relevant AI tools.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or within a digital media agency environment.
- The ideal candidate has progressed through roles such as Marketing Assistant or Junior Marketing Coordinator (2–3 years) and then advanced to a Marketing Coordinator role (2–3 years). You are now ready to take the next step in your career and move into a role with broader cross-functional project and operational responsibilities, without yet taking on the full strategic ownership of a Marketing Manager.
- This position is a strong fit if you have solid hands-on experience, are eager to take on new challenges, and want to develop your leadership, project management, and campaign execution skills.
- Strong project management skills with experience using programmes such as Trello, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with TTL campaigns, digital strategy, social media advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, TikTok).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Exceptional communication, resourcing, and collaboration abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable with evolving AI and digital marketing tools.
