About the role
N1 City Mall is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Co-ordinator to join our marketing and Centre Management team. The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong communication skills and a passion for building tenant and client relationships. This role plays a key part in driving non-GLA income streams such as exhibitions, pop-ups, activations, kiosks, and short-term leasing.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the marketing manager with the coordination of exhibitions, activations, kiosks, and short-term leasing opportunities.

  • Drive sales administration including contracts, invoicing, tenant communication, and compliance tracking.

  • Liaise external clients to ensure smooth implementation of exhibitions.

  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets for non-GLA income.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reporting documentation.

  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective clients, ensuring professional representation of the mall.

  • Support marketing events and initiatives when linked to sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales coordination, leasing administration, exhibitions, or retail marketing.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – CRM exposure advantageous.

  • A self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
