"The first major refurbishment of this once old and tired looking building occurred after some 30 years; revitalising this now flagship shopping Centre for the greater Berea catchment area. However the lack of eateries inside the shopping Centre have prompted Management to look into an event which addresses this issue, thus introducing the mid-month food market which gives food traders from the community an opportunity and platform to cater for the public," says Raveshin Veerasamy, marketing manager of The Atrium Berea for the owners, The Bentel Group.
Come indulge in delectable delights ranging from Indian savoury snacks, biscotti and brownies to amazing tartlets or dinky donuts; or grab yourself a chicken pita, bunny chow or even a roti roll for lunch or dinner, after stopping by at any of the shopping Centre's new national stores like 3@1 Business Centre, PEP Home, Pick n Pay Clothing, Shoe City and Ackermans to name a few.
