NGO Recruit Africa is hosting an inspirational and interactive workshop (the first of its kind in Africa) designed to help you navigate your transition into the development sector.

The workshop will offer participants the opportunity to brainstorm and identify practical solutions to approaching the development sector from a corporate environment. It provides a platform to share ideas, experiences and demystify the sector altogether.

At this workshop, you will discover what's important to you and explore your career options in alignment with your passion and skills.

In order to determine whether a transition into the development sector is suited to you, we will first need to identify what's important to you.
