This two-day course is aimed at providing all participants such as initiators, representatives and chairpersons in a disciplinary enquiry, with valuable practical training on their respective roles and the functions during a disciplinary process.

Drafting of charges and giving notice of the enquiry

Law (rules) of evidence (This includes hearsay, documentary and video evidence)

Admission requirements:
Candidates need to be in possession of a Matric and have appropriate work experience.
