Africa Bike Week

For the eighth consecutive year, Harley-Davidson Africa presents the largest motorcycle event in South Africa, Africa Bike Week™ 2016 in Margate, KwaZulu-Natal. The event takes place from 28 April to 1 May 2016.

The traditional Mass Ride will be held on Sunday 1 May, when hundreds of Harley-Davidson and other motorcycles ride together from Shelly Centre to Port Shepstone and back to Margate.

Other highlights include, Harley-Davidson Durban dealership tent, official event merchandise with a special offer to members of the Harley Owners Group® (H.O.G. ®), displays of the latest Harley-Davidson motorcycle models and the new "Kings of Custom" display of customised Harley-Davidson bikes.

The popular aftermarket area and local street vendors will offer goods for sale to suit everyone's taste. And of course, anyone can enter their customised bike into the Ride-in Bike Show.
All visitors with a full bike licence and over 21 years of age can test ride the latest Harley-Davidson models for free. Riders must have their own riding gear.

As in previous years, Africa Bike Week is open to all Harley-Davidson riders and enthusiasts, riders of all motorcycle brands, as well as all other visitors.

For this year's event, Harley-Davidson has introduced an online event registration, which is open from 5 March to 20 April, giving access to the event site for free. www.quicket.co.za/events/14668-africa-bike-week-2016/

Due to the growing numbers at the event, Harley-Davidson is committed to improving security, which will see stricter access control to the site and the introduction of online registrations to the event.
