Desperately seeking Susan WarringWith so many worthy South African stories to tell... to bring to life to the big screen. What is a producer to do when the writer of such a worthy story has disappeared off the face of the earth? Susan Warring's short story "The Projectionist" is definitely a story worth telling. This writer, who has also spent time as an advertising copywriter for Lesobo Difference certainly has a flair for words, but not for staying in touch. No publisher, nor agent could track this wizard of words down. Which then begs the question: Did she write under a pseudonym or is she walking through the streets of Johannesburg unaware of the fact that she is wanted? Now the dilemma: What does one do to track down a brilliant writer in the midst of dead ends?
