Communication skills for managers
Miscommunication in the workplace leads to unnecessary conflict, loss of productivity and protracted office wars. By teaching managers how to communicate more efficiently, they will be able to get messages across in less time and with less chance of misunderstanding.
This workshop will also help managers understand the communication style of their staff members better and spot the possibility of miscommunication before it happens.
As this is a hands-on workshop with practical application, delegates are required to complete an online assessment to determine their style of communication prior to attending.
Communication is the exchange and flow of information and ideas from one person to another. It involves a sender transmitting an idea to a receiver. Effective communication occurs only if the receiver understands the exact information or idea that the sender intended to transmit. By successfully getting your message across, you convey your thoughts and ideas effectively.
