This event offers a unique opportunity for members of the civil service and industry to develop specialised skills in these areas of law.
The capacity building will be directed by a leading international expert in the field, Prof. Dr. Stephan Hobe, LL.M. (McGill), director of the Institute of Air and Space Law at the University of Cologne, Germany and extraordinary professor in the UP Faculty of Law. The capacity building will focus on the legal framework pertaining to international air, space and telecommunications, including the relevant international treaties and their application within the South African context.

Application procedure:
Participants will be admitted through a selection procedure. They must submit their curriculum vitae together with a letter of motivation to the course coordinator at CE at UP.
The letter of motivation must be limited to 300 words.
Participants must please explain their reasons for participation with particular reference to the relevance of the capacity building course for their day to day work.
