1st for Women Sisters with Blisters
On 21 November 2015, thousands of sisters and misters, including the Deputy Minister of Social Development, Mrs. Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu, will unite at Steyn City Lifestyle Resort in Fourways for the 10th annual 1st for Women Sisters with Blisters protest walk with Jacaranda FM.
This walk for a cause attracts over 5,000 participants each year and marks the start of the 16 Days of Activism for no violence against women and children campaign. The aim of the walk is to get Gauteng to take a firm and unified stand against women and child abuse.
Registration for Sisters with Blisters 2015 opens on 17 October 2015. Tickets can be purchased via www.jacarandafm.com.
