Dia de los Muertos/Day of the Dead

Shimmy Beach Club, Cape Town's top club in the V&A Waterfront, brings you a "Dia de los Muertos" party instead of Halloween this year. The event takes place on 30 October 2015 from 9pm till late.

We're teaming up with Olmeca Tequila to celebrate Dia de los Muertos, a Mexican-inspired night at Shimmy celebrating and remembering loved ones. It's a fun, funky and colourful event, which you can dress up for. This holiday is known for its ornately rich celebrations, and what better place than Shimmy?
