Energy Efficiency Forum for Cape Town
The next meeting of the regular Energy Efficiency Forum for the commercial sector in Cape Town has practical retail and property case studies, site tours, a range of updates and showcases an electric vehicle
Growthpoint will show how South Africa's largest property portfolio is saving tenants millions each year, and share 'green leasing' lessons. Retailer Makro will present a case study on their new award-winning Cape Gate stores and how they are retrofitting existing stores. Updates will be given by the City of Cape Town, Eskom, National Business Initiative (NBI) and SA National Energy Development Institute (SANEDI), and BMW will showcase their new i3 electric vehicle.
Tours of the City of Cape Town's new Green-Star SA rated Electricity Services head office and Makro Cape Gate are on offer for limited numbers that day.
Attendance is free.
