Communications, fundraising and strategyThe role of NGO's and impact organisations is becoming increasingly important to deal with the socio-economic issues in South Africa, which government programmes struggle to resolve. NGO's also have a direct reach into communities where the most dire needs exist. In our experience as strategy consultants, we've had the pleasure of working with a number of NGO's to develop Communications and brand strategies to link them to public and private sector support for their programmes. The unfortunate inhibiting factor for most organisations is the cost of such support. As a faith based organisation, subscribing to Christian principles and values, with a passion to see people's lives impacted and improved, we at Gecko Connect have decided to use our skills and resources to compile a training workshop for faith-based organisations in the NGO sector. The workshop is focused on enabling you to develop and implement communication, brand and fundraising strategies that are tailored to attracting the right partners as well as the attention of private and public sector funders. The workshop is designed to leave you with the following practical tools: The workshop is suitable for directors and communications professionals who hold the responsibility of brand awareness, brand protection, all forms of stakeholder engagement and communication. Due to the practical nature of the workshop, a maximum of 15 seats are available. Only paid bookings will be taken as confirmed.
