Contract management

Effective contract managers have an in-depth understanding of the industry and business in which they operate, and they possess great interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain powerful business relationships. This course in Contract Management equips managers, controllers and officers with the necessary practical skills to manage and administrate contracts for goods and services.

Learning outcomes:

After completion of the course the delegate will be able to:
- Understand the basic law of contract in South Africa;

- Plan and organise contracts for goods and services;
- Define the scope of work, process, agreement and management philosophy;
- Direct and control the contract administration;
