Better business toolkit
The better-business toolkit course is run over two days and equips participants with the formal know-how and tools to implement key sustainability management processes and initiatives. Participants are offered ample opportunity to begin applying the know-how. The modular toolkit is based on a range of best-practice methodologies, and participants receive an electronic copy of the 75-page manual, which provides additional information and web links.

- Learn about key processes that should be implemented within your organisation, including how to engage stakeholders, identify material issues, select indicators, develop a sustainability strategy and vision, set targets, allocate responsibilities, engage employees and build momentum, and review and report performance.
- Depending on time available (typically in longer in-house courses), additional sections covered may include: greening your office, improving vehicle fleet efficiency, engaging employees and workplace wellness.
