The better-business toolkit course is run over two days and equips participants with the formal know-how and tools to implement key sustainability management processes and initiatives. Participants are offered ample opportunity to begin applying the know-how. The modular toolkit is based on a range of best-practice methodologies, and participants receive an electronic copy of the 75-page manual, which provides additional information and web links.
