SHIFT IT Event

SHIFT IT will bring together innovative leaders from around the globe to present a live event designed to inspire business minded people.
A TED talk style event, experts from different fields of business will be presenting short talks on a variety of fascinating topics.

The speaker line up includes executives, start-up gurus and economists - from both America and South Africa. Their combined experience is vast, having led and/or worked with global companies such as Pixar, Warner Bros, Procter & Gamble, Harvard Business, Adidas, Pepsico and Groupon. With each talk lasting no more than 18 minutes, they will share stories of successes and failures, innovations and designs, all of which will change the way we engage with the world around us.

A few of the event speakers include:

Russell specialises in monetary economics and policy, banking systems, international finance, business cycles, and economic growth and development. Anthony Farr: Anthony is the CEO of the the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, a non-profit organisation established in 2005 as an education and development catalyst to assist a generation of high growth entrepreneurial change agents to bring about job creation in Southern Africa. The Foundation focuses on educational and experiential methods to harness the potential of bright young minds.
