Womens Personal Reflection and Creativity Workshop
The purpose is to reflect on your personal journey of the past three to five years and to extract lessons to equip you going forward - to adjust your lens on life, work, relationships, purpose. People today miss important nuggets that their experiences and lessons offer them because they are too busy to reflect, and so valuable lessons are lost. Consider this session as a fun and insightful strategic reflection and planning session for your personal life and journey.
Caroline Lowings of Change Story is presenting and facilitating womens personal reflection and creativity workshops in Centurion for two Saturdays, one in June and one in July - from 9am to 1pm, including mid-morning tea/coffee break with eats. Dates are Saturday 27 June and 11 July 2015.
Each workshop will be self-contained and includes different content and exercises. So you could attend just one workshop, or both.

The reflection exercises will be facilitated as well as small group interactions. Some easy creative ice-breaker type exercises will be included for fun, to infuse a sense of play. Life becomes so serious at times and we forget that there is no right and wrong answers with creativity - just fun, play and release. It teaches us to not take things so seriously, to get out of a cycle of worry and anxiety, and helps with reflection.Shake off the winter and mid-year blues, push out of your comfort zone, refocus and join the fun. Bring a friend, meet new people, take a chance.
Each workshop can accommodate eight to ten women. The cost is R250 per person per workshop. Directions and parking instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation - venue is in, Centurion West, Tshwane near the Mall at Reds.To book email me on info, name, contact details and specify the workshop date you are interested in. Payment confirms your booking. If you decide to attend you need to commit to staying the full morning. You'll need to bring an A4 writing pad/ journal and pen, and Pritt glue.
