The Vodacom Origins Of Golf boasts the local talent of pro golfers trying their hand at the first of six events countrywide.
Now in its twelfth year, the Vodacom Origins of Golf tournament presented by Samsung gathers the greatest golfers on the South African circuit. With free entrance daily, the public are encouraged to come and support local talent as the full field of pro golfers try their hand at the first of six events countrywide. Previous winners include Keith Horne, Branden Grace and Jaco van Zyl. The 2015 series will be honouring the young guns namely, Charl Schwartzel, Louis Oosthuizen, Thomas Aiken, Branden Grace, George Coetzee and Sewsunker "Papwa" Sewgolum. Other courses in this series include San Lameer, Vaal de Grace, St. Francis Links, Koro Creek and the final at Zebula Country Club. The charities to be honoured this year include Women and Men Against Child Abuse and Memeza. Follow the action: #originsofgolf
