In our increasingly busy lifestyles, we seldom allow ourselves to sit back and re-examine limiting beliefs that may stand in the way of change. Though we are at a point in human history where we have an unprecedented level of material comfort, more and more people are still feeling a void, whether it is knowing or unknowing, and struggling with a sense of unworthiness.
Be guided during this talk to identify and examine what could be holding you back. Tap into your own inner resourcefulness, through a short, yet powerful group hypnosis and guided visualisation session. A wonderful opportunity for you to re-connect with your own inner resourcefulness and tuning into all that you truly are!

Shizuko Naruse-Claassens - Hikari Healing. Shizu is originally from Japan and has subsequently spent more than 12 years outside of the Far East, which has presented her with meaningful exposure both to the East and the West. She has lived and worked in four different countries, which has gifted her with invaluable opportunities to constantly challenge her own perspectives, values and beliefs. Shizu is trained in policy analysis (MA), which has granted her a healthy balance between science and spirituality. She has unshaken faith that each one of us can bring about the change that we want. As an internationally certified client-centred hypnotherapist, parts therapy facilitator and NLP master practitioner with health-related qualifications from Japan, Shizu takes an integrated approach and offers professional hypnotherapy services from her home in Muizenberg.
