Zomato Restaurant Summit

This panel discussion-style event will provide guests with industry-specific opportunities for engagement, networking, education, and problem-solving.

Entitled "Embracing the Digital Era," the Summit aims to tackle interesting opportunities and pressing issues that challenge restaurateurs in today's digital world.

Between the arrival of mobile devices on the table, online reservations, social media, wearable technology, and cashless payment methods, technology has infiltrated the food and restaurant industry like never before, affecting patrons and restaurateurs alike.

The summit includes participation from industry visionaries, venture capitalists, senior marketing professionals, seasoned restaurant owners and renowned chefs from all over the country. Masterchef judge Benny Masekwameng will speak about how technology is changing the restaurant industry, focussing on how to best adapt to those changes in order to build efficiency and engage customers.

The Zomato Restaurant Summit will also feature panel sessions, touching on topics such as how to market your restaurant in the digital age, and going beyond food to woo the customer.
