Tracy O'Brien Publicity appointed to publicise Chabad House community projects

Tracy O'Brien Publicity has been appointed to publicise the ongoing
community projects of Chabad House - one of SA's leading Jewish
educational and outreach organisations. This will include the profiling
of Rabbi David Masinter.
