Corporations perpetually struggle to stay compliant with the ever increasing complexity of laws, rules and regulations. Directors and managers who fail in their oversight role may be subjected to litigation. GRC values change in line with the public's idealistic views the shifts in view sets the tone for acceptable values and standards. It is from this background that this workshop was designed to look at new ways to address daily compliance puzzles.
