Wool Week Cape Town 2015
Wool Week Cape Town 2015 at the V&A Waterfront, 7 - 12 April 2015, will showcase the latest ideas, trends and developments in fashion, décor, design and architecture through wool.
The V&A Waterfront Centre Court will transform into an inspiration hub for home decorators, fashion devotees and crafters. The design expo, open daily from 9am to 7pm, will showcase various facets of wool from contemporary home furnishings to the latest local and international trends in fashion, arts and crafts.
The V&A amphitheatre will be transformed into a live Merino Sheep display with real wool shearing demos on Saturday, 11 April.
On Saturday South African celebrities and well-known personalities will cycle in the Wool Ride - celebrating urban culture, fashion and well-being.
Visitors should also keep a look out for the 'yarn-bombing' of the V&A Waterfront.
