The African Society for Talent Development (ASTD) will be hosting their annual conference in the spirit of sharing thought leadership and best practices, as well as collaborating around the challenges we face with regards to talent management, learning, training and skills development and invite you to be part of this critical conversation.
The Human Resource and Talent leadership of South Africa is ideally positioned to play a key role in positively influencing the lives of others, developing and shaping the talent dialogue at a corporate, tertiary, government and SMME level and driving change in South Africa. HR leaders are united in building skills, showcasing talent and caring for our people, our industry and ultimately our country. And together more can be done to make a difference.The theme of our conversation this year is: "Shaping the Talent Dialogue for 2030"
The three-day conference will be packed with keynote and other presentations, reflection sessions and breakaway workshops, and will provide time for participants to attend exhibitions. Along with more than 350 expected attendees from all over the African continent, we invite you to help shape the talent agenda for South Africa and Africa by customising your learning and designing your own development plan at the conference by selecting from a range of presentations and breakaway sessions.
