Overview
Attendees will gain an understanding of the purpose and value of systematic succession planning.
The course will provide a process to take away and to develop a preliminary succession plan for the organisation or nominated part of the business.
Participants are guided through an outline of what the succession planning process is and what their responsibilities are within it.
Using formats provided, the facilitator works participants through the succession planning for a nominated part of their business to produce an action plan.
