Overview
• Attendees will gain an understanding of the purpose and value of systematic succession planning.
• The course will provide a process to take away and to develop a preliminary succession plan for the organisation or nominated part of the business.
• Participants are guided through an outline of what the succession planning process is and what their responsibilities are within it.
• Using formats provided, the facilitator works participants through the succession planning for a nominated part of their business to produce an action plan.
