Change management is about understanding the dynamics of behaviour and the reaction in people when an organisation undergoes a change.
The following skills will be developed:

Accepting that there are no standard ways of dealing with and reacting to change
Seeing change as a way to create the future and not as something to fear and resist
Understanding that adapting to change is an attitude not a technique.
